TROPICAL ACAI BOWL
ingredients
For the base of each bowl:
  • ⅓ cup coconut water or your favorite nut milk
  • ½ banana (can be fresh or frozen)
  • 1 frozen acai packet
  • ½ cup frozen berries such as blueberries, strawberries and/or blackberries
Choose any of the following to top your smoothie bowl:
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Sliced mango
  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Sliced banana
  • Sliced pineapple
  • Raspberries, blueberries,
  • Peaches, plums, apricots, etc.
  • ¼ cup Happiness Foods™ Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
preparation
STEP 1
Blend the coconut water, banana, frozen acai packet and berries in a blender or smoothie maker until thick and creamy. If it is too thin, add more frozen berries, if it is too thick, add a little more liquid. Blend well.
STEP 2
Pour into a bowl and top with your sliced fresh fruit.
STEP 3
Sprinkle the Happiness Foods™ Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
